Welcome to Lightning Cleaning Solutions Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of our cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Services Provided

Lightning Cleaning Solutions Limited provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. The scope of work will be confirmed in writing (email, booking form, or invoice).

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services if conditions at the property pose a health or safety risk.


2. Bookings & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing.

  • Appointment dates and times are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to amend appointment times in exceptional circumstances. Clients will be notified as soon as possible.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are provided as fixed quotes or hourly rates, as agreed at booking.

  • Any additional services requested on-site may incur additional charges.

  • Payment terms will be confirmed at booking and may require payment in advance or on completion.

  • Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs in accordance with applicable law.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access may be charged at 100% of the booked service.


5. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property. If access is not provided at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge the full service fee.

Clients are responsible for ensuring utilities (electricity and water) are available during the service.


6. Client Responsibilities

  • Remove valuable or fragile items prior to service.

  • Inform us of any delicate surfaces or special cleaning requirements.

  • Ensure pets are secured during cleaning visits.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.


7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will offer a re-clean of the affected area where appropriate. Refunds are issued at our discretion.


8. Liability

  • We are insured for public liability.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.


9. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe, including but not limited to hazardous materials, infestations, or aggressive behaviour.


10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.


11. Changes to Terms

Lightning Cleaning Solutions Limited reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
